The way you are sitting
right now can cause
carpal tunnel.

Today we spend a lot of time
sitting in front of the TV,
commuting to work and sitting
at a desk.
More than 2/3 of the day is
spent sitting.
Here's the problem.
Because we sit for such
extended amounts of time our
hip flexor muscles shorten.
When this muscle shortens it
can affect the normal S-curve
of your spine.
This in turn over a long
period of time will lead to
degeneration of your spine and
carpal tunnel.
